The Service
Cirquo is a discovery platform that helps users find Black-owned businesses, cultural events, and content creators in their city. Listings on the Service are aggregated from public sources and partner submissions; Cirquo does not own, operate, or endorse any third-party business, event, or creator featured on the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content and Submissions
You may submit suggestions for businesses, events, creators, or reviews ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Cirquo a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our discretion, including content that is inaccurate, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service without our written permission
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service

Third-Party Content and Links
The Service displays information about third-party businesses, events, and creators, and may link to external websites including ticketing platforms, social media profiles, and business websites. Cirquo does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, products, services, or practices. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Cirquo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cirquo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information displayed is accurate, complete, or current. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.
